My hair ends up with two tones, light brown in the root and dark brown at the end. I noticed the colour is different when it's done, but the staff insist it's the lighting in the store. Went home thinking it's my eyes. Tried to contact them by phone, no answer. Came to the store, closed! Had to go back to Melbourne with this funny looking hair colour. Paid $160. Could have done better myself!
Worse experience in Hobart!
Would not recommend this hair dresser to anyone.
